This week your challenge and task will be to get logged into the website and start using it everyday. Track your food and track your exercise. You should also record your weight and measurements and set your goal weight. You can break your goal weight up into smaller goals to make them more manageable and attainable.
I suggest the following measurements:
Bust (around fullest part)
Waist (put your hands on your hips and bend from side to side and where that natural crease/line is that is your waist line)
Hips (kick/swing legs out to the side and where they swing out is where you should measure for the hips)
Left or Right Arm (Use the arm of the hand you write with. Use your tape measure and go down 4 inches from the sholder and then measure around.)
Left or Right Thigh (Use the same leg as the hand you write with. Place hands straight down your side while standing straight. Measure at the tip of your middle finger.)
Following these methods for measurements will assure you measure in the same place everytime for accurate results. Also make sure the tape measure is straight all around, especially those tricky hips!
Do you guys want to do calves? I have never done them so I don't know the best place to do it. Discuss.
If anyone has problems navigating the site or getting their measurments logged in let me know. Call me 715 499-1895 and I can walk you through it.
New challenges will be posted on Sunday so keep checking in! We are so glad to see you all here!
