Feeling like I'm not going to have any results

I know we are early in. . . but these last few days have been really rough for me. My eating has been OK, but I haven't been able to get on my treadmill for 3 days because I am having major pain in my right knee - it's hard to walk, get in and out of the car, etc.

To top it all off I feel like I want to just eat everything in sight, with no regard. As a result, my scale has been all over the place - Down 0.6, Up 1, Down .4, Up 0.6....I'm feeling frustrated to say the least, like maybe this isn't the right time to do this.

I'm going to keep on keeping on, and make sure that I log everything, at least I'll be honest about it.

You got this girl- keep moving forward & make sure you're not on the scale everyday also. It can be hard not being able to work out when you want to but treating this ache is more important. So just take care of you and stay on track with your eating habits because thats all you can rely on right now. There is plenty of time left!

try not to get frustrated. everybody is different and so u may not notice changes as often as others. but please take it one day at a time. focus on the daily challenges and not on your scale and soon u will see the change. and i agree with happy, dont weight urself everyday. mayb every 5 days or just once a week. :) DONT GIVE UP!!

    Thanks for the encouragement.

I am sticking to it. . . and reminding myself that this is a lifestyle change, not some quick fix/makeover situation. The choices I make everyday for now are to help me take off the weight, but in the long run they are to better my health and wellness for the rest of my life. It is hard to remember that though.

Plus note - I met the water challenge today!

I bet you'll start seeing the results soon, and remember to count the NSVs too. I've been seeing good results so far, but a big reason is that I've got so much to lose - it's just easier to take off pounds when you've got so many to spare, haha! You are more advanced in your fitness journey, so the weight will be slower to come off. I'm looking forward to being at the point where you are now. Just stick with it and count calories and exercise and you'll see results eventually!
