Was kind of dreading running 2.5 miles every run this week but today ended up being a pretty good run. Been on the East Coast for the past 10 days (St. Marys, GA) and did my week 6 and start of W7 there. W7D1 was interesting because it was fairly humid by my California standards and I was sweating something fierce. Spent yesterday on an airplane and got back into town last nite around 10 pm. I still managed to get up at 5am this morning on the west coast and ran a half mile past my goal. Ran my first 3 miles straight. 3.50 miles including my warm up and cool down. Didn't feel too bad. Legs got a little tired on me today but I was managing the breathing well. Kind of opposite of what it usually is. Looking forward to my fist 5k on12/9.

LOL... Yes if you are use to the low humidity from the west coast and had to do 2 runs in southern GA that is a good accomplishment!!! WTG and even better for getting in the run after being in the plane the evening before.0

ACK! I will have to do that next week for my LAST WEEK! I live in Colorado, but I'm going home to see my family in Mississippi - and I'll have to run Week 9 there! :noway: NOT looking forward to it :frown:0

lol. it really depends on the weather for sure. At least it is fall now so it should be a little crisper out. But that southern weather sure can change on a dime.0
