I'm just beginning and I've completed level 1 DAY3! I'm not sure how I should log this dvd in, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Also as I progress to level 2/3 should I log it in any differently?

I log it as "circuit training - general" no matter which level I am on. I'd rather log too few calories burned than too many, so I don't overeat in the end0

Unfortunately, for me, it came up on MFP as 270 cals burned under general circuit training. My HRM says 200 calories burned during the work out, including the warm up and cool down. I am 5' tall, and fluctuating between 164 and 166, if that helps you at all.
70 cals isn't that much of a difference, but it is to me when they were over counting my exercise. lol0
