Day 15 the first day of week 3. Looking forward to week 3. Weigh in and stats report!

    I watched it yesterday and I can tell it's going to kick my butt, the warm up looks like a workout on it's own. I do plan to keep pushing thanks!

    Is that where she does that duck walk exercise!!! LOL! Looks easy but man on week 3 your thighs will be burning!!!!! That always a good thing though!

    Yes, I thought I was done with that table move, NOPE! now she has me making a table then extending my leg in the air and doing dips! :explode:

    Hi it's only week 1 day 7 for me today , but I've lost 2 pounds and 1.5 inches of my waist,. No other measurements have changed. I am pleased with my loss but find it frustrating my thighs and hips don't change as these are my problem areas. Lacking in motivation to do the workout this morning, but will do it this afternoon.

    As you said it's only day 7, hang in there. I haven't had any change but from doing the 30 day shred I believe you will see most of your results at the end. This is why i'm still going.

    So, no major change so far.
