Weight Accountability Log- week 9

Well folks, I lost a couple of weeks in there... Here are my latest status reports:
Last weigh-in reported on 10/24 (before my trip): 142.6 (a 0.2 loss from the previous time)
Wednesday 11/7 (I didn't weigh in on my trip): 144.3 (a 1.7 gain)
Wednesday 11/14: 143.4 (0.9 loss)
Needless to say, this continues to be an incredibly frustrating battle. I will clearly NOT reach my goal of 127 pounds by the end of the Ultra/KB Challenge. I am making peace with a new short-term goal of 136 pounds (which would put me on the upper line of the "Healthy" BMI range for my height/age/gender).
The scale at KB has me at 145.7 (I always weigh 2-3 lbs more on that scale); I would be very happy at this point if I could reach 136 on the KB scale so that I am, by all accounts, in the Healthy range at the end of this challenge.

I've also been remiss in posting here. As I mentioned in an earlier post, on Dr. Bob's suggestion I've decided to stay reset my goal weight to be 162.6 lb. Then I'll be able to say I lost 50 pounds since the start of the first 90-day challenge in February. Here's the progress so far:
Tuesday 9/11/2012: weight = 177.0 lb
Tuesday 9/18/2012: weight = 174.2 lb, 2.8 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Tuesday 9/25/2012: weight = 171.6 lb, 5.4 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Monday 10/1/2012: weight = 168.0 lb, 9.0 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Tuesday 10/9/2012: weight = 168.6 lb (brief setback due to my gimpy right foot)
Tuesday 10/16/2012: weight = 167.5 lb, 9.5 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Monday 10/22/2012: weight = 166.9 lb, 10.1 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Monday 10/29/2012: weight = 163.3 lb, 13.7 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Monday 11/6/2012: weight = 165.9 lb (went up 2.6 lb, darn it!), 11.1 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
Monday 11/13/2012: weight = 165.3 lb, 11.7 lb lost since beginning of Ultra Challenge
So I still have 2.7 lb to go in the next few weeks, which should be achievable.
Heather - the good news is that you went down 0.9 lb from 11/7 to 11/4, so the most recent data point shows the correct trend! Let us know if there's any way we can help you reach your new (and well-chosen) interim goal.
