I started my weight lost journey Nov of 2011 and before joining MFP I weighed 122lbs since joining My Fitness Pal site I now weigh 117.8lbs and now I only have to Lose 2.8lbs to achieve my dream goal weight..(my goal weight is to stay between 115lbs and 120lbs):flowerforyou:0 -

Hello everyone! My name is Brittany. I have been on MFP for awhile now, but have only recently gotten serious about losing the weight for good. My husband recently became a trucker and will be home approximately every 3 to 4 weeks. I am using that time frame for setting different goals, so I can make sure he comes home to a sexier wife each time

I did hit 150 lb 4 weeks back but have had a few bad weeks. I lost my exercise mojo but gonna try and slam it till Xmas.
