A very happy doctor

I went for my 3 month check up with my doctor. He was over-the-moon with my numbers.

*Down 20 pounds since last appointment in August (62 total).
*My A1c went from 6.6 to 5.7 (was over 8 in May).
*I don't have all the previous numbers in front of me but my total cholesterol dropped about 30 points since August and is currently 165.
*HDL went up a point to 37.
*Triglycerides went from 103 down to 68.
*LDL is down to 115.
*And the ratio of HDL/LDL went from 5:1 to 4.5:1.

All that without medication.

My plan is closest to South Beach phase 1. My glucose levels can't handle phase 2 foods yet.
