Hi. Like I said I am new. First day. I hope you can help me out or send me to the right place. I want to log 30 DS into my exercise diary but it doesn't recognize it. Am I doing somthing wrong? I don't want to have to break down each exercise... there must be a better way to do a calorie burned count. Any ideas? What do you all do?

Log it under circuit training, general in MFP. If you use a HRM, you can adjust the calories burned accordingly. Hope this helps. I just finished 30 DS and I have never felt stronger. Lost a good amount of inches. Good luck to you!0
