Getting Hungrier:-(

I started Paleo mid July this year. After the first two days of carb withdrawal, I found more energy, no cravings and no real big appetite. Only eating when the times comes along.
Then in August, after a bit of stress, I had to be out of town for about 3 weeks. This meant no access to a kitchen and buying food out mostly. I did have more carbs than I wanted and I know I wasnt eating clean.
But in October, I have started to get back on the wagon.
However, I seem to be hungrier. I dont seem to have it as "easy" as before with not eating.
I have upped my calorie intake from 1350 to 1600. I am finding it hard (a little) to get close to 1600 (my goal is like 1400...but I am getting towards 1600 every day).
Before, I wasnt hungry and ate cheese. So I dont think it is the cheese in my diet.
Can someone have a look at my diary and give me some comments? Or what have you experienced?

Just had a quick look, I would say eat more vegetables! Vegetables provide a nice bulk to your meals, help keep you full and are a great source of fibre and vitamins. Get those greens in!0
