I've been eating @ TDEE and lifting heavy 3x a week. Eating my macros 40/30/30.

That's wonderful! I'm really leaning towards doing a reset, not because of a VLCD, just so I can switch my focus for awhile to strength, and figure out what my actual TDEE is. So yes you did encourage me. :happy:0
