I've been eating @ TDEE and lifting heavy 3x a week. Eating my macros 40/30/30.

    That's wonderful! I'm really leaning towards doing a reset, not because of a VLCD, just so I can switch my focus for awhile to strength, and figure out what my actual TDEE is. So yes you did encourage me. :happy:

    Haha, thanks! Last night my hubby gave me a hug and was really rubbing my shoulders in a "these feel different" way, haha. Too fun!
