Day 20, Level 3

Hi all! I've kind of quit posting daily...but I started level 3 today and wanted to give you ladies who haven't started it yet a heads up.

I really like this level, but some of the cardio exercises are definitely more challenging (Two words: Plie jumps). For those of you who haven't been using mats at all, I would definitely recommend one (or at least a thick, soft towel) for this level. I skipped the mat, and I now have rug burn on my elbows. Ouch!
