Yes, I know we have been there so many times, but does being over 60 make a difference? I have tried eating my exercise calories back and I find I don't loose much weight , if any. I eat a few of them back on a regular basis and I loose weight. If I don't eat them back I still loose weight. Has anyone experimented with this. It seems harder to loose weight the older we get. How do you do it?

I try not to worry about the exercise calories. My goal is to eat my food intake goal of 1200 calories a day. When I eat less, I gain weight and when I eat back the exercise calories, even part of them, I maintain my weight. I try to stay right around 1200 calories a day no matter what. I still plateau frequently and I'm losing, maybe, a pound a month. It might be because I only have 8 more pounds to lose and the closer you get to your goal weight the harder it is to lose; I'm just not sure.

    Good luck.
