I just read this after noticing on a friends dairy that she uses them. Does anyone have any input?

Good Morning!
I have Chia seeds almost every morning in a shake and I love them! I let 1 Tbs soak in water for a few minutes, then add my protein powder and anything else that strikes my fancy (1 tsp. instant coffee and a dash of cinnamon usually). I do this at night so I can roll out of bed and have something ready, and it gets a really nice thick consistency when the chia are allowed to soak.
They really do help to keep you full. I ran out earlier this week, and I'm really noting a difference since I've been using ground flax in how full I am, energy, and cravings. They are flavorless, have really low GI, and full of healthy omegas and fiber, I really don't think you can go wrong. www.eatingbirdfood.com has some great chia recipes (http://www.eatingbirdfood.com/2011/08/why-eat-chia-seeds/)
Enjoy!

I try to use Chia Seeds every day. I usually mix it into my morning PWO shake, or drink it down with some Almond Coconut Milk. Its a quick low calorie way to easily get fiber to add a significant amount of fiber into your diet.
Chia seeds are mostly tasteless, so once you get over the mottled texture of the seeds, they can pretty much go in anything.0 -
I love Chia Seeds, here is what I make with them:

Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Chocolate Chia Pudding

And, like others mentioned I do add them to my protein shake and yogurt.
