    My weekend has been stressful. Vehicle issues, Father in laws horse of 24 years died and my Lab had 8 puppies that she can't care for due to bacteria in her milk. So they all have to Be bottle fed and she is now freaking out because of it. Breaks my heart to see her so upset. BUT I have gotten my workouts in.

    Thanks its a good thing the 6 weeks starts after this weekend, between tailgating yesterday and celebrating Notre Dame's victory I am definitely going to need to increase my workouts with week

    This weekend was not pretty. ugh. I'm scared to see my number. but I think I may put away my scale until the end of the year. don't know if that is wise though.
