Two Week Break

I had some problems come up that caused a two week break from running at the start of Week 6. I just got a elease to get back to running but not sure where to start back into the C25K program.
Any suggestions on which week to pick back up on?
I really would like to build up to a 5K in Dec so I want to get back up to pace as quickly and safely as possible. My time off was not due to an injury...

    I would say try W5D1 would be a good place to start. If you find that too difficult, back it up a week.
  • Thats what i thought too. I ended up just re-running Week 6 Day 1 but switched from distance to timed. It felt great to be back!
