I have been eating wayyy more calories the last 3 days and really nearly binging, so I figured I would maintain or gain maybe .2lbs. I ate half a 14in delivery pizza and I actually lost 1lb in the last few days! lol I'm positive it is not fat gain and muscle loss that fast, especially since my pants fit nicely, er fall off nicely. I tend to eat out at least once every couple weeks, sometimes once a week if I want to and I just watch my calorie intake more than what I eat. Otherwise I try to eat better than I used to. I know, some people will scuff at me, but oh well! I have lost at least 4 inches on my waist (can't remember my start) and 25lbs, so it works for me. :] I'm Jolene and I definitely think if you eat more (at least periodically!) you will weight a lot less.

P.S. My husband ate once in like 2 days because he was busy and he gained a few pounds.
