Hello to my new fitness pals! I tried this site last Jan. and had success...lost 6lbs in 1 week! I fell off wagon shortly afterwards though. Here I am 1 year later and heavier now then I was then. I'm hoping and praying for long term sucess this time. 90 day challenge sounds like a great start but will need longer to get all my weight off. I'm ready!
