WOW! Level 3 is a killer lol I was loving that workout... I am still sweating and its been like 10 minutes :noway:
I am SO happy that this is a tough level, This is exactly what I needed. Yay for level 3. I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks :drinker:

Yes, I'm enjoying this one too!
I'm not sure about my side raises, though (lying on the floor, one arm wrapped round your shoulder, use other arm to push yourself up). I find them too easy, I'm not sure my form is correct.0 -
It is obvious that you guys are way more fit than I am! I am on week 2 day 3 and it is taking "everything I've got"! When Jillian has us go from plank jacks to mountain climbers, I am the one who is dying! It is getting easier as I learn the moves but you guys are an inspiration! Keep it up!0

week 3 day 1... yes I am getting a little sore in some hidden spots so thats good not to mention.. I was so out of breath I was convinced I was going to be stuck on the floor. I just want to push myself.. and I feel like I am.. leave all there for that 20 min.
