catch up if you miss a day?

do you guys ever do two workouts of the shred on the same day and count it as two days (for example if you missed a day)?

    Nope. I actually take planned breaks which means I do the Shred workout 4 or 5 days/week.
  • Yes, i've done this a few times already. It's a killer but then you get double the satisfaction from finishing!

    I did this once. I have not even started this yet. Geez, you all are doing great!!! I should just do it since we'd be doing it together.

    I agree with siehatsdrauf- you should start today! (I am always working on not being one of those "I'll start my diet/workout plan at the beginning of the next month" people.)

    I have a cold now, and I fell asleep early before doing my workout last night. To play catch up today, I'm planning on doing Level 1 and Level 2. I don't think I could do 2 of the same workout without going crazy!
