Appropriate for someone with A LOT of weight to lose?

Hi! So I've been doing the low cal thing, and I am always hungry and struggle to stay close to the allowed amount. And it's not working. Is the EM2WL thing working for anyone else who has to lose 100+ pounds? I read on another site that obese people should only do the low cal thing. Just curious if this has worked for obese people. Thanks!

    I literally just posted a topic about how well this has worked for me! :) Yes, it does work for people with a lot of weight to lose. I am aiming to lose 85 and then maybe more, and so far I have lost 20 in around two months. It is SO doable. :)

    I think so, yes! I have only been doing this for a week and I managed to lose 3.4 lbs (I also started weightlifting 3 times a week). But not only that, I have so much more energy and I just generally feel better. Good luck!
