Im back

Well everyone Im bk after my injury last week I kinda let it get the best of me. I wasnt logging my food or attempting to do any kind of exercise. Last week was pretty rough with a new job(after not working for 2 yrs),a baby boy 6 mo old(teething n gettin into everything),my ma being sick(hospitalized 2x this wk). Im just tryin to manage it all but I wont give up and I CAN'T give up this is for my health(kids) n my self-esteem. This week Im turning over a new leaf so Im still with u guys just will be a week behind. Im not fully healed since a severe sprain can hurt n take longer to heal then a broke bone(per dr) so I will cont to take it easy not to overdo it and reinjury myself but put forth the effort into a new ME. We got this!!!!

    Hi pal the good thing is your eagerness to come back. You can do it just by taking it one day at a time. This is a journey that is going to have ups and downs but the important part is don't quit. Take today to plan your meals for the week if you need a off day use Thursday as a off day.
