Hi Guys,
Thought I'd check in and say congrats to everyone for getting this far.
Thats me just completed Level 1, Day 7 and feel really good about it and think I'm already feeling and seeing the results.
I did have a day during the week that I had lost all motivation but thanks to the comment left on my page by Pandasarecool I did it and was so greatfull for the harsh but good comment :laugh: it was exactly what I needed.
Hope your all getting on good with the challenge and look forward to hearing your thoughts on the past week.

You are most certainly welcome! :happy: Glad I could help! Now it's me needing the motivation, I missed it yesterday and will not be able to do it today due to me heavy schedule and the fact that my whole body is aching due to ice skating for the first time yesterday... I hope this won't hinder my progress at all... what do you guys think?0
