Fellow Challengers,

This week I was able to work out at Killer B all seven days, and burned 5258 calories. That's more than the 4900 calories required for the Killer B 10-week Challenge, but just shy of the 5390 calories for the Ultra Challenge. :-(

I was under my calorie goal 6 of the 7 days, and was under my calorie goal for the week.

I still have about 3 pounds to lose to reach my goal of a net 50-lb. loss, so may need to reduce my calorie intake to reach that goal in a timely manner.

    Hi All,

    This week I worked out 5 of the 7 days burning 3575 calories (a teeny bit over the 3500 KB goal but not quite reaching my 3850 goal). I stayed within my calorie intake limits 5 of the 7 days (the days I worked out) but stayed with the overall weekly goal.

    I am looking forward to a light work week this week and pledge to work out extra hard given the increase in free time I will have!
