Anyone else not enjoy the balancing exercised?

Just started W3 and there's even more. I feel I'm not working out enough as spend the whole time wobling over.

I definitely felt that way. It was annoying and it felt like a waste of time. I am on Week 10 now, but in WO8, you do Warrior 3. You are on one leg holding weights in front of you... I was wobbling around... in WO10, you do Half Moon, on one leg, balancing on a heavy weight. On Saturday, I realized 'hey, I am sticking this and not wobbling'.

I say, trust Jillian, its like watching a confusing movie with lots and twists and turns sometimes... its confusing and annoying, but later on you find out why it was important :)

I kind of like the balancing stuff. I can actually do most of it. Wait for the one legged squats in 5&6. Those I have to put a foot down to do.

Try to remember it's really challenging your muscles to balance like that. And if that doesn't help, it's really just a small part of the whole program. It's like me and those push ups. I don't like them, can't do them well, but there is so much more in there that's good, I can fight through them to get to the rest of it.

Thanks. You're right. Just trying to use that as an excuse to stop. Had a week off as I was I'll, then did two runs over the weekend. Going back to W3 today.

Don't worry, I was falling all over the place in WO 3. But you'll definitely get stronger and by Phase 2 and 3, you'll be holding yourself up like a champ. I'm almost done - you can do it too!
