help after holiday eating problems

so far i have been battling my weight since last xmas i have lost since then 5 stone (70 pounds), however 5 and a half or 77 pounds is my goal, i have just over 4 weeks to lose that final 7 pounds, but i made a bad mistake i went on a romantic holiday with my boyfriend, and no hes horrible floral t shirts was not the mistake, the mistake was me piggy out like a fat *****, luckily there was a gym and pool there and i used both every day so when i weighted myself, to my surprise i had not gained weight that week i stayed the same at 189 (13 and a half stone), which i was pleased about, the problem is i am picking and cheating on my diet for the last 2 days, i have had nibbles of bad things yes i go to the gym for 2 hours a day if i can, but that 7 pounds will not shift via all this picking, my body is now used to eating alot cause of my holiday, please give me some support guys<3.
