how r u doin?

Well, we are getting ready for day 3. I like having this place to check in. Thank you, Ms. Jones. I feel like I am back on track, not only with food, but with exercise. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. Have not weighed for 2 weeks. I also track BMI (which is very high for me, ) and hydration. I can't seem to stay hydrated. I will be off work for a few days which will be a real blessing, but will be checking in here. Hope everyone is doing okay. .
