Just quit smoking November 15th after smoking for almost 15years. Amount varied. I've smoked as much as a pack/day but at the time that I quit, I was only at maybe 6cigs/day. I'm working on day 6 of my quit and I actually jogged for a whole minute (which I've NEVER been able to do). I still have a long way to go with both my quit and my weight loss (almost 100lbs to lose) but I believe in it this time. I believe in me. Feel free to add me for either weight loss or smoking support. I work 12 hour Night Shifts (I'm a Nurse) so I post and comment at weird hours.
Best of Luck!!!

As a smoker(and a nurse) for 45 years I can tell you it took a stay in the ICU with blood clots in my heart and legs to get me to quit. I quit Jan 26, 2012 and I can do so much more than I ever could. Just think what you could do if you don't smoke.Keep up the good work! Good Luck!0
