Phase Two Work Outs 5 and 6

Yesterday started the first day of Phase Two with Work Out 5 and today was 6.
I found these two to be a little harder then phase one's work outs but that is expected lol

I'm also adding in her Killer Abs DVD every other afternoon to work on abs a little more

Scale wise...the numbers arent moving but I guess for the first couple weeks this is normal? I'm hoping to drop pounds this phase and the next.
I am seeing results though, my arms and legs are looking good! :)

Keeping motivation up and strong!!

    I struggled with those as well. I ended up doing an extra week because I felt I wasn't really doing them very well. Strangely enough now that I'm at 7 and 8, I think those are easier than 5 and 6 were!
