How do you avoid snack attacks?

I have a terrible habit of really going to town on a full bag of chips! Chips are my ultimate weakness! What I have learned to do is get the bag and separate the servings in ziplock bags. I also got the single serve variety bag! I only let my self eat one when I have a good workout! I never deprive myself of anything I have just learned how to moderate my junk food intake. Making the chips my prize after an awesome workout is awesome motivation. However, there are times I still just dive right in! I'm getting better!

    i try not to buy the snacks i really enjoy or if i do i try to eat just the serving size.... hoping that works for a little while hahaha

    I try my hardest to avoid snack attacks by eating the snacks that I love in small portions..or better yet, buying smaller portions...it works..because if I buy larger portions I will eat it all. Just have to be honest.
