Champs and Cramps

Ladies, during the time mother nature arrives and even before when she is showing signa of her arrival, how do you push through your workouts? After 12 minutes of jogging this morning I burned 131486 calories and stopped because cramps started to take over. And although I totally could have pushed through it, I was also feeling very fatigued. What do you so? Rev up on any extra vitamins to fight fatigue during this time of womanhood? Or just go with the "flow" and only allow what your body will endure? Your advice and support is greatly welcomed!

That's a hilarious typo, LOL! I typically don't force anything when that TOM comes and its unbearable (like on the first day). There's plenty of time later to get that workout in.0

My time of the month is usually not unbearable .... its the cravings for chocolate and junk food that over power everything. So I "try" and workout harder so that I can eat those things.0

I usually push on threw and psyche myself up by saying, it's all in my head BUT I don't think I'm going to be able to do that this month!!! I'm about to have the TOM from HELL, I just know it!! It hasn't even started yet and I'm already down and out!!0

Yes, Vonn! Mine were horrilbe when I had fibroids. Well I had one massive one. I had it removed this time last year and my cycles have been wonderful since then in comparision to how they use to be. I used to have to take off two days every month when TOM came around.0
