So how are the medifasters handling Thanksgiving? Are you all sticking with the plan or going off plan for one meal? I haven't decided, it's just one meal but I'm worried about throwing the whole week off...

Avoid the stuffing but you can enjoy most of the rest of traditional Thanksgiving stuff in small portions.

You can enjoy a couple ounces of white meat turkey without gravy, and a few small servings of vegetables or one big serving of your favorite vegetable. I'm having some turkey, some green beans, some spinach salad, and some broccoli. I'm all for participating in Thanksgiving dinner, as long as you are managing your portions, and skipping dessert/stuffing/biscuits/etc.

I planned it all ahead, and I don't plan on going off plan or wasting a week just for one silly meal! Be thankful for your family and your progress so far! :)
