I've been eating my bmr + a little extra on exercise days and after 4 weeks I am down 1.2 lbs! I didn't have much to lose and have a small frame, but after restricting and slowing increasing my intake, I jumped from 111 lb of untoned-ness, to 113.4, and am now 112.2. I feel so much stronger and my measurements are the same, but I can definitely tell that I have more muscle now. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week and do a little bit of lifting and also ab work. Also, I don't have binge fests anymore because I am eating a proper amount. And most importantly, I am so happy that I can eat like a normal human being!
