For the 6 weeks challenge, I am keeping my goals to drop lbs, and inches...
But, ultimately, my real goal is to finish the 30 Day Shred to completion...I am HORRIBLE about finishing work out plans. And I am horrible about when I am trying to eat healthy, and I fall "off the wagon" about getting on again soon.
So, By the New Year, I want to have completed the 30 day shred. I have completed day 3 of level 2, however, haven;t done it this week. I DO have legitimate excuses...my baby has been sick and feverish all week and did not let me sleep AT ALL.
Anyways, I will continue on with day 4, level 2 tomorrow, and once I complete level 2, I will continue doing the work outs until the new year, when i plan on getting body revolution by jm
And, I have a goal to continue following my healthy eating plan, which I am using the 17 day diet as my guide.
If I can get through to the NY while completing these two things, it will boost my confidence in my self efficacy greatly. My ability to follow through on my fitness and health goals needs to be proven.
So, that is my goal and I will be "weighing in" each week with my stats on if i have been able to meet those goals each week, and to what extent if not "perfectly."

It's a great goal! You can do it! I've been bad with finishing workout programs too. lol... I like to bounce around between programs to keep things fresh.0

Thank you for checking in and asking I actually hadn't started back yet...however, your asking me is motivation to do so!! I had been doing a lot of cleaning like a mad woman lately since classes are done, which has burned a crap ton of calories...and i have not been eating a lot...but i haven't been counting either.
So, after my internship later today (cus it is after 2 am) I shall do it (30 ds)!!!
And I am still getting JM Body Revolution in January!0
