Yay for Friday!! I guess a lot of you won't be working today, and many are perhaps elbow-checking other shoppers for the best Black Friday deals (only kidding!)

I had a really encouraging loss today - 1.6 pounds. I've been really careful with my food choices, watching my sodium and been trying to stay around the 1400 intake mark which is slightly lower than what MFP originally set for me. Once I get the OK to get back to doing my brisk walking/exercise videos from my physiotherapist then I'll go back to the regular number but won't eat back all my exercise calories.

What are everyone's plans for the week-end?
