Workout 11 - scorpions

Jillian offers two modifications. One on the knees where you still try to pull up the leg as far as you can, and the other one is a regular military push up with a leg raise. Which one would you say is harder? I get that it might be very individual but I honestly cant say myself just by trying and since im only doing the workout four times I need to make up my mind and stick with something.
