Workout times

Does anyone know how long each of the workouts are? I'd like to post that on my calendar so I know how much time to allow each day.

Right around 40 minutes for each workout.0

As far as I know, your Relief/Stretching cool down is around 20-30 min, the rest are 40-45 with one around 50 or 60.
Go to the actual Insanity site of the one that you are doing and then it will list all of the dvds and tell you how long they are.If not, look on the paperwork (calendar, nutritional plan etc) that you got with the program.0 -
I'd schedule an hour, so you have the time to get your water ready, DVD set up, etc. I think in month 2 though, some of them are actually an hour long.0
