Well the first week of this challenge and well I ain't gonna make it. Tuesday and Wednesday I was short of breathe. 4 years ago I had hypersenstivity pneumonitis (inflammed lungs as a result of something in my world...mold in heating ducts). Now at least teice a year I get thick green gunk in my lungs and I get really short of breathe. I got it on it real quick this time and doc gave me a anti-biotic and a steriod injection. Then today I had a procedure to my back. Hopefully tomorrow I can breathe and be realivity pain free day and can walk.0

Thanks Wiglet...will look up on foam rolling. What's ITB by the way?
"The iliotibial (IT) band is a tough group of fibers that run along the outside of the thigh. The gluteal muscles and the tensor fascia lata muscle attach to the top, and the lower part attaches to the tibia, just below the knee. It functions primarily as a stabilizer during running and can become irritated from overuse. Runners will usually describe pain on the outside part of the knee or lower thigh, often worsened by going up or down stairs, or getting out of a car. "

Good things are coming down the road. Just don't stop walking.
If you ever want to receive the good things in life that you truly deserve you have to continue on your journey towards them. In the road of life, and in the pursuit of the life we have always wanted, the goals, the dreams, and achieving everything we have envisioned for ourselves to achieve, we will often be confronted with turmoil, and we will often be forced to choose to decide whether we want to continue to push hard in life or not.
There is only failure in our life, if we choose to step out of fighting the war, failure doesn't come by just losing a single battle, failure comes when we refuse to keep walking down the road that we are supposed to be walking down.
Just because right now may be a bad time in your life, doesn't mean that things will never get better. Keep pushing forward, keep hoping, and keep moving forward to achieve your dreams.

Well I totally blew this past week. Between getting sick and having a procedure to my back, I didn't do much walking at all. I did walk some yesterday but not my usual amount. Hopefully today is better.0
