I was diagnosed with fibro in 1996. Weight has slowly piled on from less exercise and the med's I have to take. I only need to lose 15 lbs or so but it is hard as I am only 5ft 2in tall and need to eat enough to stay as healthy as I can. Biggest challange is exercise, I am 61 and not very fit at all. My Dr suggests walking so that is where I am going to start. I want to avoid flairs. Any suggestions on how long I should walk this first week?
