I will be posting a before picture tomorrow with my current weight. Each week post weight and encourage others to dig deeper!
I am planning on doing at least two rounds of the Asylum b/c I to do two rounds of month 1 in Insanity before I could go to month 2 so I am figuring the same here. I will also post a challenge each week that will be a non scale challenge.
