I know you started this plan back in November... How did it all work out? do you have before and after pics? I am 65 LBS overweight and don't really exercise, but I am interested in this program. I'm pretty sure it will kill me but I want results! :wink: Lemme know how you did!
Asylum for 150 pounds or less to loose weight 5-300 calorie meals with tapering of carbs by the end of the day :) Use my fitness pal to your advantage and change the name of your meals to either times or Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3 Meal 4 Meal 5 Try to stay on this plan and check in everyday to let us know how it goes :)
If it raining you ain't training challenge is two fold. Check in daily this week and answer the following two questions. 1) Was there a puddle after you completed today's workout? 2) Did you replace the water your body needs? (64 ounces or more)
