30 Day Goals are as follows:
1: Stay under calorie goals.
2: 30DS at least 6 days per week.
3: Walk on beach 3 days per week for 30 minutes.
4: Pilates 3 days per week for 30 minutes.
5: No eating after 8 p.m.

Quit the sweets completely.
Eat REAL food, not processed. (More fruit and veggies)
Exercise 3 to 4 times a week - one hour sessions.

Hey! Everyone's goals sound great and very obtainable which is awesome.
With Christmas being so close and me trying to get back into my old routine again I would like to try to lose 10 pounds by Christmas!
My goals include:
- Logging EVERYTHING
-Drinking at least 100 oz of water a day
-Working out at least 6 days a week
-Having fruits and veggies EVERYDAY
-No soda, sweets, or junk food

So excited for this group! I need to be held accountable for actually pushing myself!
My goals:
-Get my *kitten* back to kettlebell at least 3 times per week
-keep drinking water (and ONLY water) consistently
-Limit alcohol to 2 drinks per week
-Eat all my fruits and veggies each day
-Continue my daily Zumba/Barre workouts no matter what.
-Lose 5 pounds0 -
Goals:
1) Cut snacking at work by 25% per week or more until I'm down to ZERO! By snacking, I mean sweets. Fruits, veggies, nuts are allowed as long as I stay under my calorie goals.
2) Only drink alcohol on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and limit consumption to 2-3 drinks.
3) Workout 5 days per week or more.

Weigh in day today, normally I weigh in on a Sunday but because I started Cleaner Eating thought I'd give it a week and see how I feel and get the results for the exact week. So for my first goal I am shooting for 5kg's and this weeks weigh in I am down 1.4kg so that means 3.6kg to go. Good luck everyone :happy:0
