Reset cut question?

I finished my 8th week on Thanksgiving.. I was thinking I should wait until after Christmas to cut but I'm not sure. I feel ready but then again I know I might overeat so should I wait?? I'm just afraid if I do I might screw everything up.
I basically cut 10% to 15% without meaning to this weekend. ( we were on a mini vacation) I am officially weighing in the morning I'm down about 4 pounds from last week. Thoughts????

When is the perfect time to start that you won't have any future date you might not overeat at?
Never.
Get started.
Then if you do over eat at future time, it's called refeed/reset and you did it purposely. And actually, about 4 weeks out - great timing!0 -
Thanks for commenting....I am leaning towards cutting 10% I am ready to get the weight off...I gained about 7 pounds.

I think I did good. The first week was the hardest. I gained the most that week, and it was so hard to eat all those calories. I ate lots of peanut butter and apples. I felt so bloated through out the reset. I gained about 7-10 pounds
I focused on trying to get 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat, but that didn't always happened. I tried my hardest to lower my sodium because that's the reason I felt so bloated.
Good Luck, You can do it!! ....Don't get discouraged by the weight that you gain, because most it will be water weight.0
