Adjusting carbs after exercise

I am new to keto, and am trying to figure out how to track my carbs correctly on MFP. When I input exercise,it adds available calories and carbs to my numbers. Does this mean I can eat more than the 20 net carbs I start with if I exercise? Thanks.

Well, if you are doing Keto, then you're eating 65% calories from fat, 30% from protein and 5% from carbohydrates, right? So if you do cardio for 1000 calories on some day, you're gonna eat those back, right? Well, it makes sense that 5% of those would be carbs, right?0
