Well ladies! We are on Phase 3 now. I did workout 9 today and LOVED it. I am a big fan of planks so stands to reason why I really liked todays workout.
As far as the weights go, there isn't much use of them in this video. We used the band like twice and light and medium weighted dumbbells a few times as well. Most of the exercises in this exercise are body weight exercises. I really like seeing just how strong I have become.
I hope everyone is hanging in there and staying strong. We are so close to the end. On to workout 10 tomorrow.

Is anyone still going?
Did workout 10 this morning and it was TOUGH! I was dripping sweat and my burn was through the rough. It was lots of jump training with weights now and quite a bit of balance work. Although tough, weeks 9 and 10 I think will really challenge and bring results.

I'm still going....can't wait for next week to start 9 & 10. Week 7 was pretty tough for me but I was able to squeeze all of the workouts in. Definitely looking forward to finishing it up this week and moving on to phase 3! Keep up the great work!0

Im still at it and these workouts are kicking my butt! This last phase is going to be brutal. Im up for the challenge though. I wanted to wait until I got through the workouts to comment. I thought doing Wrkt 9 again would make it better but Im still struggling; Im so sore this week. Definitely looking forward to my week off once we complete this...0
