I'm definitely ready to lose 10 pounds by New Years! It will be hard work, but well worth it. I'm starting a new workout routine today... Not sure which yet.... Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 or Shred it w/ Weights... I will also be walking a short 2 mile walk 2 or 3 days a week. ( because I love walking in cold weather)..0

Just what we need to be held accountable through the rest of the holidays! I will log my food daily, increase my protein, try to drink more water. My weigh-in is Tuesday so I will report tomorrow-first since Thanksgiving. Being successful on this challenge should put me firmly in "one"derland. I'm in!!0

I t will take alot of will power staying on track over the holiday, but I will do it! Giving myself 1 day to let loose on Christmas though!

I think losing weight has been the most difficult thing I've had to try and do in my life. I hope I can get close to 10 lbs. lost by New Years starting today, and tomorrow I'll be getting weighed so it's on. (easier said than done...haha)

I can't stick to diets so I am just trying to eat less and cut out all the bad things and getting my *kitten* off the couch and going to the gym!0 -

How are we all doing?
I weighed myself today and I've lost 1.3lbs! Woohoo! And this is only from 4 days in! I am super excited to go harder now!
Weekends will be tough for me as we usually get take out, but I will try to stay strong! And Sunday I am planning on taking my 1st spinning class, eeeeeek!0 -

In between these days, I went to 179.5 but then back down again and even a pound less.
11/2 - 175.5
One pound gone 9 to go!

Well now -- THAT was a great start. We're getting serious today. Did 30DS and today I will drink a whole lot of water. I went to NYC this weekend to see any and was minorly bad.
