I've lost 4.6lbs (2.1kg) so far (that was on sunday), so hopefully it'll be atleast 5.5lbs (2.5kg) by the 31st that'll put me 1/4 of the way to my goal of 22lbs (10kgs) I'll take an after photo so I can see if you can see any difference :P (doubt it)0
