Hunger

As you experience hunger -- try to see this as an opportunity to experience your body in a new way. Breath into the hunger and just allow it to be there. For most of us feeling hunger triggers feelings of fear, panic, anger and stress. If the hunger becomes distracting make sure you eat a healthy snack (Jaimie will do a post on healthy snacks).
If your calories start to creep too high, and you are still feeling hungry ask Bre or Pam for a PGX sample. This can be taken daily with food or between meals to satiate hunger.
