Satiation

If you are feeling like you are starving, make sure you are getting the optimal serving of proteins and fats. It will also help to make sure you are eating often, every 4-6 hours.

Example: Men should have 8 oz servings or protein or 10 oz if very athletic
Women should have 4-6 oz serving or 6-8 oz if very athletic

Also, make sure your snacks include some healthy fats to keep you satiated.
Example: Organic Peppers (or celery) and 2T hummus or Almond Butter
2-4 oz Turkey and 1/4 sliced avocado roll up
Jicama and 1/4 cup guacamole
