Hi everyone,

I am going to update this thread with weekly weigh ins. Feel free to join. We can also chat and support each other.
I did weigh myself today (Monday) morning. If you didn't maybe you can do it tomorrow morning?
I will also keep track of my workout sessions per week (aiming for at least 2 weight training sessions). And I'll record my fat percent and water percent too (I have body fat scale).
So I'll have this template and will copy/paste and update it every week, probably every Sunday or Monday morning. We have 5 full weeks to go!
